• Direct solicitations (mail and phone)
• Benefit concerts
• Yard sales
• Underwriting sales
• Grant writing
• Computer and bookkeeping skills

Volunteer positions available:
Chief Announcer, News Director, Production Director, Promotions Director, Music Librarian, Genre Directors including Blues Director, Latin Music Director, RPM (Techno) Director and others Genre Director slots people might propose.

Music directors solicit new music releases from music labels, catalog CD's as they arrive, and report airplay. Time requirements for these jobs vary greatly.
