KRFP Birthday Party

It's hard to believe: KRFP is having its fourth birthday party at 7 PM on October 10! And we're planning the biggest, funnest, most frolicking party ever! Mark Friday, October 10 on your calendar as the evening to jaunt down to the 1912 Building on 3rd Street and join the jubilation!
Admission: $10, or $5 for students

Live Music

Finn Riggins, our headline band with Moscow roots, "has all the elements that define the future of music," according to Angela Jossy of the Weekly Volcano in Olympia. They're touring the country, taking every venue by storm, but you have the opportunity to see them, love them, and rock the dance floor as they immolate the stage right here in Moscow!
Also appearing are Jared Mees & the Grown Children from Portland (much easier to see here!), our beloved Brian and Katrina singing and playing guitar, and Jables, John Brunsfeld's band (mandolin player from Chubbs Toga).
These acts are worth far more than the admission price, so don't miss this rare opportunity!

Costumes

Limited only by your imagination! Halloween is right around the corner, so it's not too early to dig through that old trunk, go to a costume shop, or assemble your own ensemble with baling twine, dodo feathers, and old shoe leather! Prizes will be awarded. Categories will not be announced in advance, so your best chance at a prize is to let your imagination flow, or go on a KRFP Vision Quest!

Silent Auction

Our traditional birthday silent auction features items from our best local merchants, artists, and neighbors. Get restaurant and other gift certificates, arts and crafts, books, music, and services from massages to cello lessons! See a partial list here.
Your holiday shopping for your special someones or for yourself starts October 10! Get your shopping done early and feel good about supporting your progressive community radio station! We accept cash and check.
