WSU employees can use the agency code (365) that already appears on the form. Other employees of the State of Washington can replace the code with their own agency code. Find other agency codes.

If you work in Pullman, your County Code (for Whitman County) is 38.

By submitting this form, you will eliminate any previous CFD pledges you have already made. If you are already a CFD contributor, you can add RFM at https://www.givingstation.com/?cid=3172 without eliminating your current pledges.
